𝑅𝐼𝒮𝐸 is a private 1:1 four-month mentorship and healing program. This is a unique offering for spiritually evolving women who are looking for support and guidance in their healing and awakening journey. We will work on the physical, energetic, mental, and spiritual bodies with the tools of yoga, energy work, and shamanic healing.
We will meet on Zoom bi-weekly over a 4-month period as I introduce you to and teach you the healing practices. Each session will last approximately 90 minutes.

Month 1: "The Physical Body"
In the first month we will focus on healing and giving love to the physical body. By enquiring, listening, and releasing, yoga and shamanic healing can help bring awareness to any stuck trauma or limiting beliefs that may be stuck in the body. This month will introduce you to the true nature of reality and you will learn the tools to navigate through the physical realm through the lens of energetics.
Month 2:“The Energy Body”
Month 2 is focused on understanding your own energy body and how external energy affects it. You will cleanse and balance the chakra system, and continue to release any of your past shadows. Whilst you work on clearing the energy, you will create space for abundance through manifestation and the law of attraction. Sound healing and breathwork will be key practices for vibrational healing in this month.
Month 3: “The Mental Body”
Everything is energy, even thought. In this month, you will learn how energy affects your thinking mind. The most powerful energy you can harness is from the present moment, therefore, you will work on developing your focus and presence through mindfulness, meditation, and grounding work. This month is liberating as you break free from the chains of your thinking mind and you can begin to weave a new dream of reality.
Month 4: “The Spiritual Body”
The final month will be awe-inspiring as you ground your energy into the spiritual body. When working with higher frequencies, you will learn how to protect your energy and find your feet in the spirit world through shamanic practices. I will introduce you to the art of shamanic journeying. A meditation that taps into our MEGA-conscious mind. This will help you to gain a greater perspective on your life, tap into your wisdom, heal, and transform yourself into a new being.
